Kultur Convivio starts at noon and ends at 6pm.

The central element of Kultur Convivio are round tables.

The event hosts five round tables, each with its own specific theme (decided with the participants in the weeks prior to the event) and a moderator.

The roundtables are free and open, so that participants can always decide to change table, in the light of the developments in discussions.

Every hour the moderators pull the threads of the work publicly, to enable the participants to know where the discussion is going in the various roundtables and to allow them to choose whether to stay in the same table or to move to a different one.

There will also be free moments for networking before the roundtable sessions and at the end of the day.

Friendly atmosphere

Kultur Convivio has nothing to do with traditional conferences.
The atmosphere is friendly and informal discussions take place all in front of high quality food and wine (cooking by Osteria del Treno, Slow Food restaurant).

The attention to the culinary component of the event draws on the tradition of Latin banquets (convivii), where the most important discussions always took place around a good meal.
